The business scope contains: container shipping forwarding, container storage, container deconsolidation and packing; container leasing, repairing; container international & domestic transfer, sea-rail combination transportation, road transportation; customs declaration, quarantine declaration; labor services. The company has the storage yard of 560,000 m2, warehouses of 25,000 m2, special purpose railway of 2,800 m, 194 plug for reefer containers, one container repairing workshop (satisfy the IICL container repairing standard and PTI inspection function), storage capacity of 40,000 TEU, including collection & distribution center 10,000 TEU, Sanwan storage yard 4,000 TEU, 401 & 402 warehouses 2,000 TEU, Xintonghai 10,000 TEU, distribution 2nd station 14,000 TEU. The company has specialized container handling equipments: 12 heavy reach stackers (max loading capacity: 45 tons), 6 empty container handlers, 1 forklift (7 tons), 5 forklifts (6 tons), 1 forklift (5 tons), 36 forklifts (<3 tons), 17 container trailers (40 tons), 3 cranes (25 tons). They are the largest container storage yards with most equipments and most full functions in Tianjin Port. Now, the five container storage yards of the company are serving 10 international and 9 Chinese shipping companies. In addition, the company also contracts to do business of full container import and export, container deconsolidation and packing, transportation, freight forwarding, reefer container and dangerous cargo containers. The collection & distribution center of the company locates in the central area of the port and to the north of No. 2 Road with very convenient transportation. The storage yard occupies 130,000 m2 in area, has 2,500 m2 warehouses, 96 reefer container plugs, 2nd class dangerous cargo storage yard and 3,500 m2 container repairing area. This storage yard is both the collection & distribution center of the containers in Port of Tianjin and the largest storage and distribution yard for automobiles import and export in Port of Tianjin. Yongkang Container Leasing Company locates inside the storage yard, which is convenient for the clients to lease and return the containers. Sanwan storage yard is the affiliated storage yard of Tianjin Port Customs Inspection Center. It is located to the north of the crossing point of Linhai Road and No.4 Road, occupies a total area of 70,000 m2, and has 18 reefer container plugs. This storage yard is both the appointed storage yard of Tianjin Customs and import and export waste materials inspection storage yard appointed by Tianjin Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. No. 4 Harbor Basin 401, 402 warehouses is the location of the Tianjin Port Station, which have two warehouses with total area of 10,800 m2 and 30,000 m2 storage yard. It is located in the No. 4 Harbor Basin of Tianjin Port Container Terminal Co., Ltd. with the businesses of normal cargoes, dangerous cargoes, over length, oversize and overweight cargoes container deconsolidation and packing and import/export CFS and container transportation. This storage yard has 400 m specialized railway, and jointly invested the Tianjin Port Station with Beijing Railway Bureau. It can provide the railway-sea bi-model transportation, and it is the container green passage connecting Port of Tianjin and the hinterland with low-cost and simple-procedure railway transportation. There are representative offices in Xi'an, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Urumqi, Lanzhou, Jinzhou and Inner Mongolia, when the containers are customs cleared and being loaded on the train in the inland, they are treated as being loaded on the vessel, and the cargo owner can receive the bill of lading in the inland immediately, and return the customs duty. OOCL storage yard is located to the north of No. 4 Road inside the port area, neighbored on the Tianjin Customs Inspection Center to the east. It has 100,000 m2 storage yard, 2,000 m2 warehouses, 80 reefer container plugs and 1 fumigation warehouse certificated by the quarantine bureau, and it is the ideal storage yard fro the shipping companies and clients to develop the reefer container management, quarantine and fumigation of animals and plants and waste materials import/export inspection and quarantine businesses. The 2nd collection and distribution station storage yard is located to the north of No. 4 Road inside the port area and neighbored on the Free Trade Zone. It has 220,000 m2 storage yard, 6 warehouses. This storage yard is convenient in transportation and beautiful; it is the only garden storage yard in the Port of Tianjin, import/export waste materials quarantine and inspection appointed by Tianjin Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
